Selected studio portraits taken for Digital Photography 2 course by Greg Schreck. Schreck challenged students to focus not only the technical aspects of studio portrait photography like lighting and contrast, but to also consider the emotional and descriptive potential of the portrait.
A good portrait is technically accomplished and renders something true about the subject, conveying a deep sense of presence.
Over 900 portraits were shot. Additional portraits viewable upon request.
